Only a few hours to get the case information presented, sort out relevant information, define the problem, solve the problem and make the presentation - an intense agenda resulted in an intense and educational afternoon!
Starting with a constructive presentation from 3 experienced Accenture consultants the participants had an idea of how to deal with case solution and how to build up a strong solution.

After only a short period of time to digest the case information the participants had the possibility to conduct an interview with the CEO of the case company, which led both to answers, changes and even more questions. Another hour to finish the case resulted in 6 great presentations!
Afterwards a delicious dinner was arranged and with this a chance to discuss the case and mingle with the consultants from Accenture to learn from them and their way of working.

All in all, a few hours with a lot of both input and output, which were both educational and a lot of fun!
